oh man.. i am sick for the first time this season. i have spent the last two days pumping myself full of vitamins, zicam, water and day-quil. as of right now i am not feeling any better yet so if any of you people have any magic cures for the common cold please get ahold of me. in other news, i am now 2-4 in the banana's league. it looks like i may win this weeks matchup though. in my other league amelia and i are continuing our domination. i am 4-2 and on my way to another victory this week. i know this is exciting news. ryan met mike mccready of pearl jam yesterday while wandering the streets of seattle. the picture will be posted on put in the picture if you want to see it. i also sent out my real estate newsletter this week. if you want it and have not received it please send me your contact info and i will mail it to ya. thats it for now. have a good evening, day or morning people.

i guess i should start calling this the iStanton.com bi-weekly page. things just haven't been exciting enough to post i guess. i did finally close my first real estate transaction. that is exciting for me. ryan musch turned thirty this past weekend too. that was enough excitement to last me until my 31st birthday at least. ryan has a really good girlfriend that planned a big surprise party for him in lincoln city. the drive there kinda stunk though. it took erik and i six and a half hours to get there. for those of you that dont know getting there from portland should take about two hours. i wont go into the details cause it will make me want to punch my cute little ibook. after we finally got there we had a great time. ryan got an lcd belt like this, a pearl jam poster, lots of food and beer and of course some good lovin from all his friends. we pretty much drank all weekend, looked at the ocean, talked fantasy smack, watched football and sat in the hot tub. of course, you can view the pictures here. i also put a couple in put in the picture since its been so long. here is a couple of vids from the weekend. vid 1 and vid 2

sittin here watching oregon play usc at ryan's house. so far the ducks are ahead. we shall see if they can maintain the six point lead they have. it has been a busy few weeks as you can probably tell from my lack of posts here at iStanton.com. Taryn's house is closing on oct 3rd so thats pretty exciting. i spent the last week learning how to be a real estate agent in lake oswego. that reminds me, you need to buy a house. if you already have one you should sell it but make sure that you call me first! some links i have notice in the past few weeks. kids are having oral sex and you can read about it here. here is another goodie from returnfalse. and im not really sure where i ran into this guys site but it made me laugh quite a bit. thats it for now folks. by the way, i saved a bunch of money on my car insurance by switching to geico about 2 years ago.

i think larry david is pretty cool. well i guess i dont really know the guy so ill just say curb your enthusiasm is freakin awesome. if you havent seen it watch it now. tv. most of my time for the next 6 months will be spent watching it so dont expect to much out of me ok? there is just so much to watch this fall. if i have time i will give you updates on sydney bristow and the lost crew from time to time. see ya in the winter!

last thursday i finally got to witness my first pearl jam concert at the gorge in washington. it was really one of the best shows i have been to. they started off with a 45 minute acoustic set then just started rocking for the the rest of the night. according to ryan i witnessed history as they debuted a couple of songs that night. on our way home we decided it would be fun to go see umatilla oregon since we hadnt ever been there. nevermind that it was 200 miles out of the way and that gas was $3.00 a gallon. its always nice to extend the trip a bit so you can just keep on having fun ya know? anyway, keep an eye out for some gorge pictures real soon. for now i will post the one that pearl jam put up on their website. if your eyesight doesnt suck you should be able to find ryan and i in it. after all we were sitting in the 15th row! ha. that picture will be on put in the picture along with another new one. in other news, in case you missed kanye and his eloquent blasting of the president you can view it here. i have also got my first offer on a house accepted for my first client! woo hoo. i might actually be getting paid really soon. oh yeah, if you want to see the amazing setlist for the show you can check it out on this site. see ya soon.

the bananas fantasy league is about to start so all you posers better watch out! i got hooked on big brother this summer. i really like the show but this is going a bit to far with the idea. speaking of summer, only four more days from the biggest show of the season at the gorge. i really cant wait! while were talking music - check out radioheads blog: dead air space. i found it to be mildly entertaining. im sure there is something im forgetting but you will just have to wait til the next post to see if i recalled it. over-and-out.

today is my fantasy football draft. i have decided to lay it all on mr. manning over here. last year he carried me to 12 straight victories before running into the leagues best defense. i made a quick exit from the playoffs but this year is different. i predict peyton will throw 68 td's while i systematically destroy the rest of my league. oh man this is going to be fun. in other news, i officially started with keller williams this week. ive got my license and everything. i actually got to show taryn some houses too. that was fun. so yeah, come buy a house from the big mr. s. here is my updated kw site. see you all on the field! |
